Head of Branch Jakarta 
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement and supervise the financial & Administration Division 
  • To supervise timely cash deposits and credit
  • Conducting oversight of the receivables (outstanding agents and other retail customers)
  • To analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of cost
  • Conduct feasibility study costs
  • To supervise Human Resource Management (Training, Recruitment, Reward, Punishment and others) in accordance with company
  • Plan, implement and supervise the Operational Pick Up Agent & Representative Office
  • To supervise the implementation of the SOP
  • To supervise the development of the network (physical and IT)
  • To supervise and encouragement for infrastructure readiness
  • Plan, implement and supervise Field Sales & Marketing at Agent & Representative Office
  • Analysis of potential / retail market opportunities
  • Planning for the opening and closing agent and representative offices
  • Creating a data base analysis and Retail Customer (Agent and representative offices)
  • Conducting competitor analysis
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey (analysis of product acceptance)
  • Ensure implementation of Company Branding properly implemented throughout the network
  • Standardization logo JNE
  • Standardization Office Display
  • Standardization of Car logo JNE
  • To evaluate the Performance Agent & Representative Office;
  • Create reports 6 To Head Of Regional periodically
  • Carry out additional tasks directed by the Head of Regional 6
  • Making coordinating the Annual Work Plan and Budget Branch;
  • Gives Guidance To Agency
